FBLA:
This year, we will be taking six Woodland FBLA students to State in Bellevue, WA in April - Aaron Shaw, Aidan Brynes, Dillon McGhee, Jose Baca, Tyler Ford, and Erin Madsen. These students have worked hard all year, and look forward to competing in their events, meeting other FBLA students from across the state, and networking with business professionals.
Computer Applications - So far a total of 13 students have successfully certified in Microsoft PowerPoint. We are currently working through Microsoft Word and will be taking the industry certification test in early April.
HOSA;
The kids and I were really disappointed about missing state because of the weather! Katharine Patnode's father took her to Spokane and she got past the 2nd round in Medical Photography but did not place. We are wrapping up for the year and planning for next year.
Automotive/Metals
The automotive classes have been working on rebuilding engines and transmissions.
The metals classes worked on and made items for the silent auction and have been working on designing projects in CAD.
