ESD 112 Pre-bond Proposal

Doug Nichols of Construction Services Group and Lori Williams of ESD Communications have offered to perform pre-bond planning, construction management, community engagement, and communications support for the district on a deferred compensation basis.   They will present this proposal to the board.
